THE PROPERTY
Step inside Ffordd Y Meillion and you’ll find a bright, and open-plan space for your stay. The cosy lounge, complete with Sky TV, is the perfect place to put your feet up after a day out, and the large windows makes the most of the lovely views across the golf course. Just off the living area is a separate, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, which leads straight out into the garden. The enclosed rear garden is a great spot for eating outdoors, enjoying a quiet moment with a coffee, or giving children and pets space to play safely.

Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms designed to help you rest well. The master double comes with its own modern en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, while the twin and single rooms share a family bathroom with a bath – ideal for a relaxing soak at the end of the day.
In the mornings, you can take a gentle stroll over to Machynys Peninsula Golf & Premier Spa, where golfers can enjoy a top-class course overlooking Carmarthen Bay.
Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre, a peaceful spot full of birdlife and walking trails. If you’re in the mood for the beach, you’re spoilt for choice: head to the wide sands of Pembrey Country Park or venture a little further to the stunning Gower Peninsula, one of the UK’s most beautiful coastal areas.
THE AREA
The Wales Coast Path passes close by, offering scenic walking routes for both you and your four-legged friends. Rugby fans can catch a match at Parc y Scarlets or book a behind-the-scenes tour to learn more about the town’s sporting heritage. Llanelli also has plenty of history to uncover, from the well-known Gorsedd Circle to the peaceful Brynteg Archaeological Park.
